I can't for life of me see what Nibali's problem with Froome was?

He fell into Froome, which obviously wasn't his fault either

Twice now that CF has nearly tasted tarmac....last year he'd have been down and broken something.

Saturday's stage finishes on the Mur de Bretagne....I've cycled up that, a piece of piss.

I need to get back into doing some exercise, however my bike is A ) old, creaky and in need of some work to get going again, and B ) more of a downhill/dirt jump bike, (DMR Sidekick 4130 double butte) Any idea how much it'd cost to get the bike back in working order (hasn't been used in years), or would it be better looking at something like > this < and flog the DMR on ebay? Thanks in advance for the help.

It might not need anything new. Lube the chain, grease the cranks/pedals/headtube. Check the brakes. If the chain is too bad it might need a new one, but that's cheap to replace. Although, that bike's not going to be too comfortable to do too many miles on. Those Rockriders are very good value for money.

I went for a 20 mile pootle earlier. Didn't bother with Strava and it was absolutely lovely. Just me and the road.

However, the amount of idiot car drivers I encountered in that short ride was unbelievable. Far too many close passes, one overtook me only to turn left into a junction straight away, some twat shouting obscenities and laughing with his passenger when stopped at traffic lights, another idiot who turned into a junction across my path and the final idiot who forced his way past me only to have to stop at the roundabout 30 yards ahead. Utter, utter morons.

Just come back from fortnight in Northumberland with the family, slight dampner put on things when I had to work on four of the days we were up there!

However managed to fit in c.150 miles on the bike, lovely coastline but bit windy and lumpy!

Eaten loads of crap and drunk like a fish and lost 4 pounds - result!

The opportunities he has had at Sky to be leader have not gone very well so not sure why it would be different with another team, I can't imagine that van Garderen would be that delighted to see him, although does give a Super Domestic potential?

Presumably, he already knows where he's going....maybe Orica would be good, and it's one last pay day.

Sky have got Konig, or maybe Geraint has earned a crack at the Giro or Vuelta.

Had a spoke go last night, nothing all that unusual in that. However, the bike was sat in the kitchen untouched and had been there for about 2 hours after getting back from a leisurely 20 miles. That's a new one on me.
