5.30 got to gym
7.30 get home
7.45 eat my tea
8.00 just finished doing this
8.01 down the pub

8pm to 10pm last night - Watched crap on TV whilst packing much of the debris of my life into large packing cases
10pm to 12pm showered shaved read for a bit tried to get to sleep
12.30am to 2.30am - slept fitfully in blocks of 10-15 minutes whilst being constantly disturbed by my deadbeat student son who like you bunch of workshy losers can live a stupid nocturnal lifestyle - (Yeovil I don't include hard working night shift types in this - push that tin my boy.)
2.30 to 6.30 - Ahhh restful sleep
6.30 to 7.15 - Get ready for work
7.15 to 7.30 - Drive to Breakfast meeting with client at local hotel.
7.30 to 9.30 - Discuss progress on developing new Acute Assessment Unit at local hospital
9.30 to 11.00 - Drive to Manchester
11.00 to 1.30 - Lunchtime meeting discussing new Maternity and Neonatal extension at a Manchester hospital
1.30 to 3.30 - Get phone call to find out we still haven't exchenged contrats and we aren't now going to complete and be able to move on Friday. Lunch and drive back to Sheffield - bloody Snakes pass
3.30 to 6.30 - change, and work whilst posting diatribes about fat racist northern comedian on sadboy internet forum
6.30 to 8.30 - shop for a few groceries make some dinner eat, post more bollocks on net forum, bitch about fucking vendors, buyers, and useless bloody solicitors.
