You don't have to collect it in July, they'll just be ready for collection then. Could always leave it until the first home game.
That's a better idea, will save me a journey You should have had the option of having it sent out to you.
No, Mr Happy in the ticket office didn't give me that option!

I only ever see Dave and the young lad manning the day to day tickets. The youngish lady who servers in the legends, Digbys and sometimes the club shop mans the phone in the ticket office. Talk about multitasking.
I have been told that existing ST seats will be available from WEDNESDAY morning for general sale to allow late post renewals. Personally I think that's shit. If your an existing ST holder and you have not renewed by 5pm tonight as per what the matchday program and printed brochure state then tough shit, you've had two months. If I get there on Wednesday am and the two I want and they fucking know I want them have gone then there will be merry hell to play.

Mine was definitely posted to me last year, though I'm fairly sure I was told I'd have to collect when I renewed on the phone.

Panic over. My wife and son are now the proud owners of new season tickets. He did say Wednesday and confirmed it when i walked into the ticket office at 8.35 but still processed the ones i wanted as i had printed out the brochure from the club website as proof of the deadline details. Anyway roll on August.

Anyone with an existing ST will just have it updated for next season. That's what I was told.

I was told that too - first game will be a bit of a leap of faith on that score !

Yep, unless you've moved seats when renewing.

My mate did his on the instalment plan, money has already started being taken out of the bank on monthly payments - I wonder how he'll get his updated? Paid cash for mine and it was updated there and then.
