From what ive heard from players he has them working and actually believing in themselves! also he takes all training which players like as king is useless on teh training ground

Yep I realise that, I was just wondering what people thought the big man had achieved in his time here. I'd love to see him stay here and see what happens next season. But at the moment it looks like he's just getting a good view of matches at the moment cos the team selection or formations have remained unchanged. His influence appears to be limited to say the least.
