As far as I see it, things were looking pretty bleak on the takeover last night so the e-mail was released to the press with a view to getting some money in before the end of the transfer window.
The takeover is now complete so no its no longer applicable.
Simple.

This is why it's so exciting being a Swindon supporter - we never know what the fuck is going to happen!  Winning at Wembley and getting to Premiershit, subsequent relegation to bottom division, administration twice, fight for clubs very survival, Italian superstar takes over - Champions of our division and promotion - WTF!!! Almost makes me feel sorry for the likes of Man Ure fans - what with their near constant stream of success and stability...... They're missing out on the highs and lows that only Swindon fans can appreciate (and Portsmouth of course).... |
