There’s loads of settings differences across the forum. It’s legacy stuff that I’ve started to make uniform for a future upgrade.

In some places you’ll be able to modify within 10 mins and on others there’s no time limit. Same for post deletion, which will actually be removed (didn’t even know it was enabled).
