Was we not linked with Theo Robinson in the dim and distant past or was he here on loan - his name rings bells for some reason ?

No Williams up front either. It's the kind of team news I was expecting - we're doomed  Cool

Town starting XI: Foderingham, Branco, Thompson N (C), Turnbull, Byrne, Stephens, Gladwin, Kasim, Toffolo, Swift, Smith #STFC
Subs: Johns, Rodgers, Ouldridge, Hylton, Obika, Williams #STFC

2 kids on bench tonight with 3 strikers.
No defensive replacements shows how tight squad is with defenders

To be fair we seemed to do alright with him coming off the bench before!

Albeit back when we seemed capable of actually kicking the thing in the fffing net..

Any reason given? Not sure how shit Smith has to play before Obika gets the nod either.
I do like Smith, I hope he can find form, I'm just a bit surprised he's the chosen one!

Sounds like Saturday and the pitch conditions took a lot out of them all. Probably just resting (not rotating) him.

Our squad really is short of options...

Yes I suppose that's fair enough.

Still not a fan of 1 up, but if it works I'll love it by 9:30

It seems to be tactical. A bit of height up front and in defence against the cloggers.
