Property ladder is great. Every week the novice developer(s) featured completely ignore 99% of the lovely Sara Beenys advice (why the fuck do they go on the show if all they want to do is ignore everything she says?), then of course when it's valued the estate agents say they should have done aload of stuff different/better which also happens to be all the stuff Beeny told them do but they ignored and did their own thing, fucking twats. In past series they've always been saved by the rising market but this series with the market static it's good to see a few of them fucking up then thinking they can stick it on the market for way over it's value and the houses not being sold, HA! :x
