Aren't we 3 points worse off than last season? I don't count 8 points from 6 games as a good start

Unfortunately its not our best for a while. 8 points from 6 games is about the norm and worse than the last 2 seasons.

2011-12 6 from 6
2012-13 8 from 6
2013-14 8 from 6
2014-15 11 from 6
2015-16 11 from 6

Errrrrrr

I thought he might have meant the first man in Wales, Dai Sapien

The first man in Wales was the Red Lady of Paviland.....about 33,000 years old. They even had had LGBT issue back then.

I started with low expectations, Swindon, and you fulfilled them.  On the plus side, these defeats don't hurt like they used to.  Moved on already.  Who's next?

Feeling the same.. Is it just age?

I do care more about Oxford than other fixtures, and I was feeling pissed off briefly. But then there was the sending off, and a sense of inevitability came over me. When Vigs got sent off I just laughed.

I guess it's different when you're not there - for me at least. I'll probably be livid in February when the same thing happens at the County. But I do feel a bit meh because it was so predictable.

There's also the fact that how we perform against them doesn't define our season at all. There's every chance we could finish above them, so looking forward to the next game seems sensible really.

Probably.

Pity all the 20-somethings (& younger) who have never known the joy of taking our local rivals apart.

That's a joke. Last season Turnbull got sent off at Pox in the JPT and missed the next 3 league games. They do make these rules up as they go along.

what a stupid question. Of course I'm not enjoying this, although I and people like me who have no respect for a Sunday League manager should take this God given opportunity to point it out to the sycophants.

Fantasist.
