Without it, he is genuinely class at this level. With it, Sean seems to go to pot at times

Although Jenks could be a good skipper as well I reckon.

Parkin was the only one shouting encouragement at 2-0. Plus he deserves it.

No one in the first XI really. No-one is captain material. Whatever player gets this accolade, it is going to be a burden.

Parkin has a huge desire to play well so maybe people would look up to him as captain and he would be great at leading by example.

Stefani, if he spoke a bit more and spent more time on the pitch. Seems a little quiet for the role, but he'd be better than most.

Not a fan of making a centre forward captain, not sure why, just don't like the idea.

Depends on the striker! I don't think Parkin is captain material although Shearer, for example, qite blatantly is! I do prefer a defender or midfielder to be one though! I am not really sure we have aborn captain in the side at the mo though!

I just think that we dont have a natural leader, so it makes sense to make our most inspirational player captain, a bit like Beckham for England before he went crap.

I see what you mean! Personally i do not beleive that Beckham should have been captain for England but that is something else. I was always captain of my football teams and i think it important that you are a natural at it otherwise it does affect the rest of your game and we see so often here!
