I would treat Tisdale missing his pre-match press conference tomorrow with a pinch of salt. #stfc

How ironic that would be if he was in the oppo's dug out on Saturday.

Kevin MacDonald - top-level coach, with years of experience, including some management experience.
Sounds just what we need to get through the rest of this season.

Not to me it doesn't. He may be brilliant, but good coaches don't always equal good managers.

I just feel we need someone who has done it a bit before, 12 games as caretaker doesn't meet this.

Just my opinion

Kevin MacDonald would be a wierd if interesting one, never managed a club yet only as a caretaker but might be worth a gamble till the end of the season anyway.

Done a while as assistant but as stated elsewhere being a good number 2 does not automatically mean you will be a good manager.

I will not write him off before he signs anyway, despite him not being Adkins who is wholly improbable for many reasons, but I feel a lot of people will not be happy unless it is Adkins...deluded or what...

We could get Mourinho and some people would still moan and call him mundane, run of the mill blah blah

The more Arriba mentions Cotteril the more I like the idea of him being our manager (Cotteril, not Arriba).

No they wouldn't.

If you are happy with Kevin Macdonald then fair play to you. Personally, if he gets the job, I'm going to a lot less games.

What if they do it over the phone?

I am going to camp out at the Pig On The Hill .... Jed seems to have adopted it as his new office!
