I wonder if the senior pro's will bring in someone they trust to help direct things from the touchline for 2 games, we need Ward & Mcormack playing

Usually clubs turn to the captain so does this mean we may see Ferry on the touchline shouting instructions

People were not impressed when Ward arrived, but I am so pleased he is there at the moment, seems a real pro and won't take any crap.

I can't imagine their job is going to be particularly hard.

After we got the second goal last night, Ward ran up to celebrate, then had a strong chat with Collins about the way he was getting agitated with the ref - told him to calm down. Was good to see.

My main concern would be tactics. Do any of the players or remaining staff know anything about Preston and how they play? Or do we just turn up and play to the best of our ability?

[This obviously applies to any caretaker manager at such short notice]

Hopefully the spanking they gave us earlier in the season will provide enough motivation, at home when we play well its the opposition that should worry about us... (Was that confident enough??)

To be fair, that probably also applies to Preston's manager given Grayson's only just been appointed

To keep up with PDC, we need to be looking for someone like Tino Asprilla with Balotelli as assistant.

Let's get a few guns and real fireworks thrown into the mix.
