Well I'm guessing something has cocked up.

There was no need for the pre-announcement and it appears that Mr Reeves was none the wiser (see today’s adver article) when the announcement was made.

I wonder what prompted King to depart company with Walsh?  Don’t get me wrong I like Reeves but it does strike me as odd that that King would prefer a relatively inexperienced man to someone he selected ahead of him during the summer.

It won’t do anything to effect King’s position.  If anything after all of the hype it’s probably deteriorated even further.

I would assume if King had been sounding out Harford, then Walsh will have known his time was up, and not much point in hanging around if as stated he was on a month by month contract.
