One other thing that has not been mentioned much is that we are no namby-pamby side playing faggoty tippy-tappy football.
There is some right steel in midfield - Pritchard, Lungfish and Kaseeeeeem.
The defence also seems to have sorted themselves out - as 3 consecutive clean sheets in the League proves.
All in all we have every right to be optimistic for the future

I am increasingly impressed with Mark Cooper.
Damn.
Me too, cannot wait to see Jed and co. asset stripping - surely it's got to start soon, after all everybody said that was all they were here for!! And before anybody replies, yes I haven't forgotten he lied to me!!!

Jed's line when he first got involved was that he simply loved football, and wanted to be involved with the day to day running of a club. I didn't believe him then. It didn't sound credible. Now I do. The way he conducts himself - and it took me a while to warm to this - just oozes a love of the game. It's almost childlike in its innocence.
BUT, always keep a watching brief. I trust him more than I did, but never let your guard down completely. We have had our fingers burned too many times before by unscrupulous owners for that to happen.

This is spot on. He does tweet at 5am most days so either he works very hard or he has insomnia

Ranger is very languid in his style but very hard working and effective.
I commented to a mate last night that he takes a lot of physical abuse but doesn't lose his cool. Is this just him or is he trying to stay "under the radar" and not give rise to negative press in the lead up to his court case?
There was an occasion when he was clean thru last night as he rolled his defender but was pulled back and ref gave nothing. He took it in his stride and carried on. His workrate up front is huge Go to the Notts official site and there's 11 minutes of highlights on there, (no sound). It's a joy to watch the movement, skill and vision of all the team
Went to official site but wanst me to sign in to see either of the 2 videos they have linked from the game

Has the look of Dave Bamber. Thought Lone Ranger was fantastic last night. Holds the ball up and that what was missing with Willams. Nice to see a few long range efforts on target last night.
he reminded me a lot of Bamber.
I came to that same conclusion a few weeks back too, he has the same running style and long gangly legs that Bams had.

From BBC website Nile Ranger put the Robins ahead on 11 minutes, firing Alex Pritchard's cross high into the net from close range. Funny could have sworn it was a header
