Not confident at all, not after the last three joke performances. This is our penultimate chance to do the double over someone this season I think, City being the only other. Oh and Colchester, but lets be honest, not going to beat them away :(

Interesting Whalley is starting - Iffy reacting to the fans?  Anyone got a link for this one (PM me if you don't want it to go up on here!).  I'll see if I can get the one I've got saved working....

I'm not especially confident about today, but then we're so inconsistent I never know what to bloody expect!  I guess I'm just hungover and grumpy!

I forgot about the game. I've been watching a woodlouse crawl up my wall. I'm gonna call him jabba. Did you know that woodlice have a giant cousin that live at the bottom of the sea.

Scary stuff. I'm glad that Jabba is just normal size.

Got an accumulator on today:

SOUTHEND vs. Scunthorpe (final score 3-0)
CHELSEA vs. Tottenham (final score 2-1)
EVERTON vs. Fulham (currently 1-0)
WIGAN vs. Sunderland (currently 1-0)
SOUTHAMPTON vs. Crewe (currently 0-0)
LEEDS vs. Norwich (currently 1-0)
BRENTFORD vs. Barnsley (currently 1-0)
STOCKPORT vs. Oxford (currently 1-0)
MAN UTD vs. Newcastle (play tomorrow)
SWANSEA vs. Walsall (play tomorrow)

If it comes off I get £300, though knowing my luck....  I'm a tiny bit excited!  I usually only get one or two right...

no fear there is still another 9 games to go, thats 27 points up for grabs.... when we get to the last 3-4 thats when we need to start worrying... the away points and the odd 3 point at home will be enough i think

Title: Town Vs Yeovil - Matchday Thread
Post by: Ardiles on Saturday, March 11, 2006, 17:00:34
It's not over, I agree.  But the time is fast approaching where we're going to have to start relying on other games going our way etc.  If we want to avoid going out with a whimper, we need WINS - at least three of them, and soon.  Draws are no use any more.

Well done, lads, for stopping the run of defeats.  But today was a job half done.

Depressed of Putney.

Just got back. Scummersets our neighbour!

I thought we played quite well. Seen some good football. I thought migs played well when he came on,cureton and peacock worked extremely hard as did brown. Rhys looked very confident apart from one little blip.

I know its only a point, and we should be aiming for all 3 and got that today but we will all have to settle with a point. We could of and should of won today but it was a good effort and I'm confident we can get possibly get a result next saturday.

Keep the faith! Its not over yet!!

Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant support today, packed like sardines on the terracing.
Did'nt stop singing.
Well done everyone.

generally good performance, they were hopless we were the better side.

Cureton should have scored, possibly Peacock too

Ooooooh, the one thing i will moan about:

Jack cunting Smith. If we have filled the box, and you have a grand opening to swing a cross in, don't put it out for a throw because one of theirs has a fucking blister or something. Knob.

To be honest, he'd have failed to pick anyone out anywho...

I was very happy with the performance, and we should have won
Whalley was class
Peacock did very well
And Gurney had a reasonable game!

However Shakes was useless, Migs didnt do much and we were hopefless in front of goal. Curo and the Cock should both have scored
