I'm staying in the Luxor hotel in the summer too. Looks a bit crazy but hey that's America for you!
Looks like the hotel actually puts on some pretty ace entertainment but other than that I can't suggest a lot else as I haven't been before

One thing that has been recommended to me is to take a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon. Costs about $300 each so I'm told, but probably worth it.
Most peole seem to get bored after about three days or so. Depends on what you enjoy doing though I guess.
I've not been to Vegas yet, but looking to visit later this year.

I think I might be joining a few mates hiring a convertibale and driving LA to the grand canyon via vegas, LA's a dump but I'm looking forward to seeing the other places - even better I'm trying to tag it onto the end of a three week trip to Peru!

Did anyone see the Louis Theroux show about vegas on sunday? An old woman go to the Hilton Hotel every day and has done for years. Shes lost 4 million dollars in the last 7 years and isn't bothered about it! :shock:
