Well done Phil Smith.

but what is worrying is how Brezovan is out for so long with a broken finger??

Quote
LEAGUE TWO PHIL SMITH (SWINDON)

When former Swindon boss Dennis Wise signed goalkeeper Phil Smith from non-league Crawley in the summer it was widely thought the 27-year-old would be arriving at the County Ground as understudy to first-choice keeper Peter Brezovan. However, a broken finger sustained by Brezovan in October gave Smith his first-team opportunity and hes never looked back since.

During the month of December, he was in outstanding form for the Robins, epitomised by his performance in the 2-0 victory at leaders Walsall, and on Boxing Day Smith underlined his worth once again with a penalty save in the 1-0 win at fellow promotion hopefuls Franchise.

Regardless, i think he(smiffy) has been outstanding for us recently, and fully deserves the recognition.

when we first signed him i thought he would be a waste of a transfer, but i think he has proved every town fan wrong, he has been immence since filling in.
