Thoroughly deserved.  Nice to see a midfielder get some recognition.

Since its inception in 63/64....there have been 48 winners of Poty.....8 gks the last being Rhys Evans in 05/06. 4 full backs the last being Miguel Comminges in 07/08, 4 wingers the last being David Moss in 76/77, 7 centrocampistas, the last being Jonathan Douglas in 09/10, 12 centre halves, the last being Matthew Heywood in 01/02, 13 strikers the last being Simon Cox in 08/09.

Multiple winners count each year...

Moral of the story, Swindon fans don't much like wingers...
