Having recently lost my job (a cause for celebration ), I have decided to strike out on my own and go into business myself and after speaking with a friend in England he informed me that if I am able to put together a suitable business plan then he had wealthy contacts which he can approach for funding of a project, and I mean alot of money (Starting from around 1 million squid). The project will be along the lines of a hotel, SPA resort which will not be big but luxurious. When presenting the business plan I would like the project to have something else, such as a theme or facility that will make it stand out from the rest so.............. Get finking and gimme some idea's innit!!! (No sleaze please)

Ignoring the no sleaze,
"Sucky fucky, $4.99, I love you long time". Not as catchy as "five dolla" but cheaper than the competition (so i'm told).
If you don't have anything sensible to say, share it with the TEF'rs
Good luck with the venture. Sorry to hear about the job. If I think of anything sensible it'll be a miricle.

Where are you planning on building Bangkok?
Private beach is always a winner!
No idea and all but I always though the hospitality industry in Thailand was a bit cut throat?
