Unlucky Australia, for a bunch of 'no hopers' as described by some in the media, they didn't half put up a good fight.

England were always ahead for me, when's the next match?

All the decisions went against them

Rubbish. Agar should've been given out for 6 in the first innings, and Trott got an inside edge but the 3rd umpire still gave him out.

Poor ol' 'plucky' Australia. Fuck 'em. The nation that put is to the cricketing sword far too often, far too easily for far too long.

The footballisation of cricket is a shame. 'Fuck Australia' etc comments should be kept to the terraces not regarding the Ashes. If Bradman was around this days I suppose we could all call him a cunt and give him plenty of fuck offs. Brilliant.

Shame people can't support the cricket without having to go down the let abuse the opposition route.

Well played England and roll on Thursday, hope it's another close match, it's what makes the Ashes such a great series.

You're right. The final part of my post is cheerfully withdrawn.

Okay then. One is highly delighted to have secured the First Test despite the best endeavors of our beloved defeated foe.

I'd happily tell Bradman he was a cunt. Footbalisation of cricket is nothing new in my house but then I footbalise nearly everything, shopping, politics, religion etc.
I also have a sneaking admiration for the Ozzies and what they nearly achieved but yes, fuck them.

Feel sorry for the Aussies.  All the decisions went against them and on another day they would have won that one.  Still all that matters is England won

They wouldn't have come close to winning had Agar been given out when he should have been in the first innings. So to say all the decisions went against them is utter rubbish.
