You never know how any manager is going to do, all you can do is look at their track record and hear what they have to say in the interview.
Obviously we wont be a party to the second part but based on his track record he is as good a candidate as anyone.
And I assume he is used to having bugger all money to spend.
And he wont cost the club a fortune in wages.
And he will know all about lots of good young Dutch players.
And he's rock hard.

To be honest there are risks involved. Like does he know enough players/contacts in the English league. Will those crazy dutch bastard training techniques be lost on our mob.
But gets my vote over Ady simple because he has a bit of experience and is an external applicant.
I think it's too soon for Adie. Get him coaching and build him up slowly. Don't throw him in the deep end.

The thing is Luc Nijholt isn't a legend in my opinion. He played for us a for a couple of seasons (both relegations!) - earned himself a bit of a cult status and then left.
But he has coaching experience and his name is popular with the Swindon faithful - so let's at least talk to the the guy!

I always liked Luc. I don't like to think about ex-players coming back as there is always the risk that it isn't going to work and the good memories will be wiped.
I saw the back of the Adver on the way in with his angry face looking back at me. Put the fear of god in me!
