Barrow signed Mazeed Ogungbo from Arsenal, defender who spent last season on loan at Crawley, no idea if he is any good or not.

Illustrates the point quite well, we have fans moaning that other clubs are signing players but we aren't, but if the club announced they had signed Stuart Moore there would be uproar.

I've seen Ogungbo described as a competition winner.

Looking around the business done so far, I'd say Ironside at Donny, Tyler Smith at Bradford and Danny Rose at Grimsby are good signings. I'm not sure I know a lot about many of the others, Farquharson at Walsall perhaps. Wrexham I suspect are keeping their powder dry for 2 or 3 eye opening moves.

Not like a L2 footballer to split opinion!

Absolutely, but thats why they are plying their trade in the bottom division, some good, some bad, some indifferent. If they had consistancy they wouldnt be down here in the depths of the league.

Wiki suggests that he played a fair few games so who knows. Long and short is that as Roberts Orange has noted above despite many clubs making a fair few signings how many would be welcomed here...

To be fair, that comment was from a fan of a team that played Crawley, so probably not the best judge.

File it away in the 'to be confirmed' category, like a majority of these players.

Absolutely mate, young player can go either way at this stage of his career.

Several Town fans thought Critchlow looked useless for us and he has grabbed himself a contract at Peterborough.

I have to admit I liked Critchlow when he was at us. Good in the air, comfortable on the ball bringing it out etc. Quite surprised he ended up in league 1 but there we are.

I liked Crichlow for us but he looked ropey when we played against him subsequently.

Perhaps a bit similar to Charlie?
