So, a dull 1/2 half. Lots of possession but no real clear cut chances. Walsall playing for the draw and Town unable to break them down. Walsall came more into the 1/2 as it progressed.

You put it a lot better than I did!!

HT Report:

Have played reasonably well without creating any real chances.
Have had a couple of half chances, but we seem as if we want to walk the ball in the net.

Walsall have only really threatened from our mistakes, although it looked like they might have had a penalty. Not sure who it was that had a handful of a Walsall players shirt, and although he looked offside, the Lino didn't flag.

We need someone who can put the ball in the net, and at the moment that doesn't look likely

I thought Hart's preferred formation was the diamond? 4-5-1 in a must win game at home to a relegation rival seems timid unless he wants to ensure we don't lose rather than go all out for the win?

One goof thing is we are at least trying to pass the ball to a red shirt & haven't (yet) reverted to just goofing it.

Although there are plenty of mongs around us that just want us to bang it forward at every opportunity.
