I thought Sky had a deal where they would show one tie from both the Northern and Southern sections of the cup from the 1st round to the regional final.

Our game is definetly the pick of the draw so would expect us to on tele.
Sky on their sky live  line up have a JPT tie for tuesday, it is still TBD

We'll know either way in the next few days. My point is this. It's a nothing cup tie in a nothing cup, until you get to the sharp end of the competition. I want us to win and the thing is and this is crucial, Paolo wants to win. So expect a strong team to go out there and do the bizniz. Also it is another game where we can improve our match fitness one game earlier....

It'll be Pompey v Bournemouth most likely.

The JPT is a good trophy from Quarter finals onwards surely at this stage of the season , we should be looking forward to our next 3 league games  2 of which (Preston and Franchise  are potentially going to be there or there about at the end of the season. Rather than discussing Headington United’s Cup final . I would imagine their Forum is in Fucking Melt down,

I agree.

Sky have only pencilled in 1 date on the 3rd Sept for 1 live game so it looks like it may not be 1 from the North and 1 from the South just the single 1st round game.

A few others that aren't bad as well are Carlisle vs Preston (localish with some good rivalry) and Coventry vs Burton (1st time in the JPT for Covvy vs a fairly local team from a league below) also Chesterfield vs Oldham (last years winners vs last years Semi finalists) as well as our game and Pompeys.

Can't wait for this one, we owe them for those 2 *shudder* defeats last season!

So once again there are going to be a lot of disappointed Town fans who will not be able to see a game at the Kebab Stadium. I reckon the yellow filth will only give us 1200 tickets again irrespective whether they sell the home stands or not.

Hopefully the club'll get a live feed from the kebab, like they did last season.

Town have received an allocation of 1,875 tickets, priced at £19 per Adult, £15 Student, O65 £11, U16 £11 and U11 £11 #STFC #JPT

From Twitter. More than I expected, didn't we get 1400 for the league game?

Nearly 20 quid is quite steep for a JPT match, but I guess they have to cover police costs for Eric which must run into the thousands. Bet he is licking his lips after this draw!
