Hopefully Jewell's put in a bid for Ferdinand and Dickinson. That would suit us very nicely  Smiley

More Sky rumours....

http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11750/7439319/Hughes-wants-future-sorted-

Accrington's Bryan Hughes is hoping to get his "future sorted" this week amid reported interest from Swindon and Bradford.

The 35-year-old midfielder has been an influential figure at Stanley since joining on a non-contract basis back in October, helping them soar up the League Two table.

I think our name gets thrown in the hat for every lower league player available these days!

He'd probably be alright on an 12-18 month deal bit of experience in the squad maybe good cover in the centre probably wouldnt command big wages due to coming to the end of his career

I would expect an 'until the end of the season' deal if there was any validity in the Hughes rumour.

Aye sounds about right and would he move down to us for a short deal? more likely would go to Bradford if such a deal were on the cards.

The Accies fans are truly raving about him though and are desperate to sign him for the rest of the season.

fresh from the twitter mill

STGary_Rose Gary Rose
The players Ipswich have bid for - first rumoured to be Caddis and Ritchie - are now believed to be Joel Ward and Jason Pearce of Portsmouth

and possibly another couple of signings for the Town  one tomorrow and another later on in the week
