While i understand what you are all saying, I still think both of todays signings are purely to fool us into thinking that Iffy was doing something to keep us up.  I don't remember many young players with virtually no experience dropping down into a relegation fight and dragging their temporary team mates out of the mire. They could both end up great players one day, but i dont think for one minute that they are our saviours.

Oh well...!

clearly different but my point was about how just because this new guy is only 18 doesn't mean that he can't play a big part in keeping us up.

I'm a bit confused.

I could understand people  being critical of "desperation signings" in different circumstances.

However the last time I looked at the table, about 2 0'clock this afternoon, the situation did look a bit fucking desperate, so I would have thought signings like this would be sort of expected.

It's the arse end of the season, the transfer windows shut, clubs are hanging on to their more experienced players in case they need them, experienced players that are surplus to requirements are looking to go to clcubs in a decent position that might be able to offer them a reasonable contract in the summer......surprise suprise there's not a fucking huge numberer of decent players queueing up to join a club that's in a relegation fight second from bottom, and doesn't have a pot to piss in.

And that is way to long to be a single sentence. Sorry

Dave my point too .. the other young players we had didnt have to try and keep us up .. has this bloke EVER played a league game? I sadly think we are doomed .. not all Iffys fault .. but id like a fresh start next season .. which means no Iffy .. no Reeves and no Woan ..
