Difficult to know....there were tickets on sale prior to the match, but it's quite possible that you could pay on the day. The official attendance was 98,189. That season Arsenal's average attendance was roughly twice ours, so if you give them 64 000 and us 32 000, that would probably seem about right.

Can only imagine what it must have been like to watch the Town in a packed crowd of almost 100k. Incredible.
