All these refusals of managers to be employed at Barnsley and Blackpool, and with the whole Appleton thing of leaving within a month of being appointed makes me wonder if there is something not right at these clubs either financially or at boardroom level.
The problem at Blackpool can be summed up in one word - Oyston. Is this the original Oyston now running the club or is that a son? Didn't the original one get banged up for tax evasion or something similar (apologies if I'm wrong on that one) so he got his wife to take over the club.

I think you could be right ronnie, there are some dodgy dealings at Blackpool. Owen Oyston was improsoned for 3 years back in the 90's for some proper nasty stuff, he remains majority shareholder and a director at the club and his son Karl is chairman.

McInnes sacked.
No surprise. A new manager could turn it around easily, only 3 points from safety.

Seconded. Even though the Pox manager could also do it and cause two meltdowns at the same time.

City fans on OTIB fancy PDC but understand he wouldn't go for it. It's when you see fans from clubs higher up the ladder realise they haven't got a chance of taking our manager that you realise how lucky we are.

I may be a minority here and my excitement is based on money in the till but I hope Bristol city stay up Villa, QPR & Reading come down or Swap Villa for Southampton. Reckon those games will generate a full house.
