Apologies if it's already been mentioned, haven't seen it though...

It was brilliant at full time today. Paolo and Caddis got the team together, sat them down on the pitch in front of the away fans. Paolo put his finger to his lips to 'ssssshhhh' the fans, then the players started singing 'Stand up for the champions' to us.

I've always been a bit cynical about players and their comments about fans, they just say what they think we want to hear, but maybe it's different this year. We all know about Paolo's enthusiasm and how it almost feels like he's 'one of us', maybe that's rubbing off on the players.

Anyway, I'm sure someone will upload it to YouTube at some point, worth a look.  Smiley

Well back at 8:45 after a stop at kfc at keele.

Got to the ground at about 1ish.

Laid a few flowers at the memorial.

Fish chips, curry sauce and a can of pepsi for £4:50......

Had a couple of pints in the shoulder of mutton and then into the ground.

Fucking load of shite game ruined by a Sunday league ref who fucked it up for both sides.

Some Bradford fans said that the ref would be shocking and he was.....

Nice celebrations at the end....thought there might be a bit more throwing of kit into the crowd but the club probably want to auction it off.

Saw Hannibal lector......I will post some pictures on here.

Anyway....that's the end of a great season that I didn't want to end!

pDC and the players have given us some pride back that was destroyed last season....can it really be a year ago that Hart was in charge.....seems years ago!

Dunno but a steward spoke to someone in the crowd then went to PdC.

Thanks for posting that clip, ace.

To be fair that was the highlight of the day.

As for the ref, wasn't he the ref we had for Shrewsbury at home?
He was shite then as well.

We laid some flowers at the memorial also before the game. Put a lump in my throat reading the names of those who died. Especially standing with my two young boys. Kept thinking of them and how I would have felt if something like that took them away.

Anyway loved the celebrations at the end as the game was dull.

Great respect from the Town fans during minute silence.

Is there any manager in football in the world that has the same passion for winning as Di Canio does? How many managers would you see doing that after a game?

Whilst probably not true - you get the impression he'd do it for free because he loves the euphoria of winning so much, he lives for it.

He fucking loves it and we fucking love him.

My dad's mate, he gave Paolo a Stroud Reds badge. He's a Stroud boy now.
