You lot are all crazy mother fuckers!!!  Or you will be if you don't sort it out soon enough.  

Get some drugs from your doctor, just tell him you're on nights and are struggling to sleep during the day.  Then take the dose at 11 at night and you'll be guaranteed 8 hours uninterrupted sleep.  And wake up feeling fresh as a daisy.

Listen to aunty birdy, I suffer from insomnia, so I find it very difficult to sleep most nights, as some of you know.  

Firstly It sounds to me Sonicyouth that you need to get a job, or if you do not want a job, get your arse back to college ir something.

If you still can't be arsed then as Yeovil says there is nothing a few cans of Stella can't cure, or even a nice big fat bifta (as piemonte would say)

If you still can't sleep at night you can try the girls way, I have special drops that I have to put on my pillows because sleeping pills make me mental. Don't ever take sleeping pills.

Advice - if you are a student, make the most of it while you can.  If you are SonicYouth, get a job; that will soon help you establish some kind of routine.  I also find listening to Coldplay or Damien Rice really quietly makes me relax and sends me to sleep.

Getting tired now, someone get me some Red bull or something to keep me awake otherwise my sleep pattern will be even more fucked up
