Only if you tell us how bad your day was.

Mine was pretty good, apart from the getting up I like working mornings. Get out by 3.30 and I don't feel like I've wasted the day.

I owe you a tenner axs. Does that cheer you up. I sorted it with dan tonight. He bought me some pints and I did drink the rest of the rum he left round. If we meet up for a pint next week then I'll pass it over.

ok...

up at 7 went to gym this was the good part.

went to work at my office found out that one of my albums (actress hands) was not getting reviewed in any monthly magazines which means nio radio play which means i have pissed £13,000 of my own money up the wall.

midday threw up for the first time

2ish was the first time i blacked out, blacked out twice more at 330 ish and again at 645. after which i threw up blood.

went to a meeting at 8pm and threw up at it.

9pm came home and had to tidy my house as my parents are arriving for a weeks stay tomorrow.

its now 1am and i have to be up at 6am for 5 hours of dialysis.

saying that, thats quite a normal day for me about from the losing money.

Then you're an idiot DV. Is there a reason why you keep up the fitness? Apart from it's supposed to release endorphins or dolphins or something in your brain? Does it make you happy? Is it worth the pain? Can't you just do drugs instead?

My hamstrings been playing up, so was really tight today.....

Athletics course is for work, but doing some drills with a tight hamstring isnt good.

You should have called in sick, got some red wine in (it's good for you). Sat and watched rubbish films on your computer whilst intermittently checking for new posts on here. It's what normal people do.

How many albums do you have to sell to get into the top 40? Can the townend help out a bit?
