Indeed, its the same with E Bikes, there is somewhere (it might be RoI but that depends on my memory) where E Bikes should not even be on the road as there is nowhere in legislation to legislate them, things need to catch up first as the motor cars days in big cities are numbered.
I've got an E Bike that I go to work on.....it's no different from an ordinary bike except that you have a bit of assistance pedaling.

People who win an auction on ebay and then want to negotiate the price. Do they not understand how an auction works?

Now I know you all love and revere the daily mail, don’t be coy, you do really. Have a butchers at the mail online lead story. It is about the gimp mask incident. Now I don’t scare easily but the far right picture (not political) is of two women, one of which I think i’d Be more frightened about meeting in the dark more so than the gimp itself.

Something I don't understand and Google is not helping.
What does it mean when a ship is 'British flagged', but not British owned. I get that it'll have British flags, but why?

Isn't that to do with where the Ship registers as it's home port? Some use less strict locations, get cheaper crew etc.

So, in answer to the question, as I read it wrong, it's probably to do with the trade route that is used most often being linked to GB, so they use that as the registered flag location, even though the company may be from elsewhere, or being GB registered gives them something they need.

Having blocked ears is bad enough, but trying to pop them by pinching your nose and gently blowing and all that happens is your eyelid inflates Am I wired correctly?

I think celebrity death camp or celebrity drowning could be watchable?
