That's so shit Tans.

Assume complaints will be going in once the TV is fixed

I've been lucky with Currys in that I've never needed to claim from them, to be honest I never get the extended warranty anyway.

Complaints already drafted, detailed times of phonecalls, cancelled pickups etc

The tv was down the father in laws as we gave him it and it developed the fault. Its 8 years old and it was only when i checked my bank statement i realised i had still been paying the care plan all this time. Then i thought fuck it, im going to claim and see what happens.

If they cant fix the tv, (its a 3d one that isnt made anymore) they will replace with an equivalent or a voucher up to what it cost.

If they do fix it, i’ll just sell it so will hopefully win either way..

Fingers crossed they cant fix it!

Ive had other stuff fail before and they were pretty good, this time has been shite though.

Sorry to hear this Tans, companies that do this are the living end. My tip with complaints is to be as vocal as you can via social media. I find that using Twitter to air grievances is often a good way of getting them to actually do something.

Being wide awake at nearly 2.am and knowing full well that the current Mrs. LL will be fucking snoring with 2 minutes of me getting into bed. Quiet as a mouse until then of course.

"It happened last night as well. My friend is staying in the hotel and they had to lock the doors," said one resident.

What?!?!?!? Cheesy

Some very disturbing footage here...

If only the individual had brought a mattress along, that would have stumped everyone.

Somewhat surprised that currys have managed to fix a tv that is 9 years old, considering the panel and technology doesnt exist and arent made anymore.

Even more bizarre considering the bloke in store told me it would be written off.

They were probably sourcing the parts of eBay, maybe that’s why it took so long to sort out

Sorry to hear that Tans. Surprised it was even economical to look.

Was it a simple issue like not turning on?

When i last spoke to them on wednesday afternoon i was told it was going to be written off as there was no delivery date for parts as they couldnt source the correct one within the 14 day period.

Now they tell me it was repaired on Wednesday night just before the 14 day period for repair claim runs out.

Feels really fishy to me to be honest

Just received my new Council Tax bill for the next year.

Somethings not right. It’s less than I was paying this year. This year I’m paying £175 per month, next year is £168.
