This is another odd one - Brentford side-stepping the question of whether Mark Warburton will be replaced at the end of the season:

http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/feb/10/brentford-mark-warburton-sacked-end-of-season

Their statement reads as though they're responding to rumours he was about to be poached to go elsewhere but the original piece apparently reported he would be sacked at the end of the season come what may. They're currently 4th in the Championship. Most odd

Certainly now that he is not going to get the QPR job. Not sure why he is looked over by all the clubs he has been interviewed for.

I'm not sure why he's so attractive to top flight clubs myself.

Because he's had 6 months experience and thinks he's the dogs bollocks?

Possibly, and wanting top wages too.

Glenn hoddle not managing a premier league club is madness. Why won't a club give him a job?

I note that Villa are playing Burnley in a probable relegation decider on the last day.

Can I trademark the headline "Claret for Villa, Blues for Burnley" or vice versa?

Because he is not very good and seems to make demands that make him unemployable!

I do wonder whether is deliberately playing a game to maintain the boosted reputation he has, and realises that its possible he gets another job, fucks it up, and that has gone! He seems to constantly rule himself out of jobs, which maintains the Sherwood myth but means he remains untested.

At present he has a skewed reputation as a 'good manager' after what was done at Spurs (with another mans players, no experience in the transfer market etc).

Surely that's his last gig right? Surely?

He will get another job - no doubt of that at all.
