Not as bad performance. Good to get something from the game. Joel Grant looked good. Important to come away with a point and great to come back from 3-1 down. I’m glad to see Klownvar dropped.

We score a fair few goals so you'd think if Sheridan can make us more solid we'll soon head up the table.

Shrewsbury fans
Quote
Should be 4 up but it's one of them, another 20 mins like the first half should do it.

Should've been out of sight at half time.

Didnt deserve to drop points

So frustrating, after what was looking a good performance.

Absolutely unforgivable. Swindon truly awful team and we sat back and watch them come from 2 goals down. He simply doesn’t know how to win, it’s not in him

Absolutely criminal. Sitting back for that long and that deep against a poor side. Very good players in this squad, held back yet again by an awful manager.

A good 25 minutes out of 90.

That really felt like a defeat today, for some reason it's really knocked the stuffing out of me today.

Swindon were the better team. We need at least 3 goals to win with our defending. We’re in trouble no doubt about it.

Sheridan:
- Lot of good stuff from the game
- Knew what their strength was.
- First goal sloppy. Should deal with it better
- Second similar. Expect defenders to react quicker
- Liked response from the players
- Last 25 mins of first 1/2 got a grip of game
- Dominating 2nd half then sloppy goal. Decision making again
- Soft pass in middle of the park
- Response again magnificent.
- Chuffed to bits we have got something from the game
- Good we got a goal just before 1/2 time#
- Took it into 2nd half
- Like to play a bit quicker
- Would have liked more balls into the box
- Wellens has got a good footballing side in place here. Doesn't want to change much from winning promotion last year
- Just need to be stronger back to front with better shape
- Cant concede 3 goals
- Going to work on making them stronger as a unit
- We have good players in the team
- Sheridan didnt pick the team
- Mildenhall picked the keeper
- Sheridan just had a bit of say in formation
- Performance was a very good one
- Great character
- Only came in Friday so wasnt going to shout his mouth out. Team picked itslef
- Players not too far away from coming back from injury
- Iandalo: Not as serious as first thought
- Not sure who is coming back. Was trying to concentrate on who is fit!
- Character - brilliant. Liked what he saw.
- Very physical team and difficult conditions
- Fully deserved getting something out of the game
- Attacking, we are good.
- Dont want to give cheap goals away and have to chase the game. Important to keep clean sheets.

Sheriden full of praise for the way way the team came back even though there's lots to work to do to stop conceding easy goals

All sounds fair enough.  Agree completely with his comments about the defence and our tempo.

We could and should have won that match, J Smith has got to remember football is a team game. Joel Grant was good as was Matt Smith but mom for me has to be Hope. Less said about the defence the better, certainly room for improvement

Dear dear, you have to be in a position to make and create a chance, to miss a chance ... irrespective of the outcome the WHOLE Team played to win, in another time he gets a hatrick, the 3rd goal was a combination of several players including Jonny.

Yes he missed some, Yes he made some wrong decisions and Yes it will happen again, at 23 he is still learning but one thing Jonny is is 100% behind Swindon .

Let's see at the end of the season where he sits Goal wise....

He's a cracking young player and you know what he's capable of and I always want him in the first team for the excitement he brings.

Two not very good teams. Can’t work out if we played ourselves back into that or Shrewsbury just invited us onto them. Got ourselves into lots of good positions second half but needed someone to get a good final ball in more often.

If Jonny Smith could shoot he’d be a real player. Should have scored 2-3 today, which is the same as at Pboro. Was the main outlet through out and is a very good dribbler though. Our best attacking player despite his flaws.

Odibayo at fault for the first and the marginal disallowed goal, following in Baudry and Grounds footsteps with recent individual errors.

Matt Smith is a cut above. There’s got to be Championship clubs thinking about getting him in for the second half of the season. Let’s hope not.

Can't fault Towns character or quality just can fault the defence at times.

Still we cant carry on making those silly mistakes at the back, get Fryers, DJ and Lyden back as well as Tyler for another option and it will start to look better all round.

From utter dejection at 2-0 down then 3-1 down to a poor poor side to elation at a 3-3 draw, great comback and I am proud of them for having the balls to carry on pressing them.

Its a funny old game Saint.

Didn’t watch today, but I’ve seen enough of Jonny Smith to realise that he’s the type of flair player that will inevitably have good games and poor ones, more so than others, because he is a risk/reward player. The type that gets you off your seat, that we crave when we have no creativity, but can infuriate as well. Don’t take criticism of him personally - he’s not immune from it, but most on here realise he’s one of our better players, seems to give his all and is learning.

Nobody is having "a go" at him mate, he was just a bit wasteful today, his lead up play was brilliant and he created a few bits but it was like he really wanted to get a goal himself, badly, and at times he has to look at the overall position and often there are better placed players. That will come, hes a very good player.

It was just one of those games, every winger has them, they do everything right, right up until the final ball. Otherwise he was one of the better players, the conditions werent favourable for any form of good football at times.

He had the beating of the fullback/wingback all game and on any other day would have grabbed a brace or more I am sure. Make sure his head doesnt drop and he carries on doing what he does best.

I had him down as being my potential POTY before the season started, I still think he could well be that.

Fryer: Looked nervous in the first half. Not good with ball at his feet. Maybe the wind affected him as he didn't look as nervous in the second
Caddis: Wasn't as much as a threat overtlapping with Smith
Grounds & Odimayo: Unspectacular and relatively solid although we can't defend corners or react when the ball is in the box
Hunt: Looked so much better in the second half when he could play further up the pitch.
Grant: Thought he is always two steps further upfield than he needs to be when we defend. Breaking up play in midfield, drawing a foul and coming forward in the second half was good.
M Smith: Pressing took him out of the game in the first half. Became more influential in the second half
J Grant: One bit of magic in the first half for the goal. Was poor on the left wing. Didnt link with Hunt. Getting out of the way, by taking Payne's place made us better by letting Hunt play.
M Payne: Bad day at the office. Didnt get into the game.
Hope: Great finish. Ineffective up top. Tried hard on the left when Pitman came on.
Pitman: Unlucky not to score and get a penalty at the same time. Huffed and puffed.
J Smith: Looks a world beater at times. But only has one foot and one option. Runs into trouble, doesn't pass until closed down. If he could vary it a bit and look up he will become a very good player. But, very wasteful today.
