Dont know if this has already been mentioned elsewhere? but it appears that the board have said there will be some cash available to spend in January should Luggy need it -

Nah....The RAF have got more than that!

One of the reason's i get frustrated as a town fan is that we never know what the true financial position of the club is!

The club said they didn't need the money for the Brez deal, then asked for the money for the loan keeper.

how do you know Bart? SSW might be putting some cash in for a few transfers. not big ones but 50k deals and the like. nothing to do with the overspend. thats a different matter

By believing or not believing evrything the board tells us is just the same as what you tell us.  I have no reason to trust the board or you with anything you or they say.

A long term overspend is quite different to a small calcualted outlay which in turn has the potential to generate a return.  The Brez deal is a prime example, speculate to accumulate.  This week the board have pleasantly surprised me, whilst I still have grave suspicions about some of the financial matters, by making the appointment they've made, I at long last have an ounce of confidence in their take on footballing matters.

I'd rather he put in a couple of £50K to reduce the overspend but to be fair it will be him picking up the bill at the end of the season anyway so I suppose it swings in roundabouts!

exactly. im sure the overspend will be dealt with in time. its not like we are not already in debt anyway is it?
