No release yet, but I can imagine they'll try and be subtle about it when they do release them.

Cheers Eldene.

As for calling Oxford scum being immature, really? Any Town fan worth their salt would agree.

My advice would be pay really close attention to social media, with a lot of these derby games the tickets pop up suddenly and are gone before you know it. It maybe a little easier seeing as it's the JPT though.

On sale from 21st to 300+ loyalty points then a sliding scale per day, down to 50 pts and then general sale. 1260 tickets

Wow... How can I only have 30 loyalty points? I buy so much stuff and go to lots of games!

Title: Re: Scum tickets...
Post by: GL5 Red on Thursday, September 10, 2015, 15:47:32
Yeah true Eldene.  I have a season ticket, any idea how many points that is? Not done any of the away games so far. Think there will be enough to go round, will be the usual surge then maybe a struggle to sell remaining.

Title: Re: Scum tickets...
Post by: Skinny Pete on Thursday, September 10, 2015, 15:49:52
There will be no problem getting tickets

Title: Re: Scum tickets...
Post by: Ardiles on Thursday, September 10, 2015, 15:50:23
I'm fairly sure that anyone who wants a ticket to this will get one, regardless of how many points they have.

Post by: GL5 Red on Thursday, September 10, 2015, 15:51:25
Yeah your right, people were stressing when we had Sheff Utd and we only took 1200. Although this is a derby, lots will be put off for various reasons.

Title: Re: Scum tickets...

The main one being it's the fucking JPT.

Wouldn't have bothered me if we'd lost to Newport.

270pts a season ticket, all you needed was to go to the Exeter and one friendly game. 15+15.

Title: Re: Scum tickets...
Post by: JayBox325 on Thursday, September 10, 2015, 15:59:38
People should be able to get tickets. I think season tickets are 270 points.

Some of the key factors that put people off are the fact it's a Tuesday night, it's the JPT and the hostility (true or not).

We took about 500 to a reasonably nearby Div 4 team in Round 1.  Oxford is a bit nearer but a Div 4 team also so I'd expect maybe 750-800.

Back in the early 80's you could pitch up for a midweek game at the Manor, stand where you like. There was plenty of room, I remember one where there was about 7,000, difficult to estimate how many Town fans, but given their attendance was just over 2000 the previous Saturday, probably quite a few.

As long as I can get two seats next to each other.

This will be my second visit to the Kassam, and I thought it was a shitepark last time.

I was a lot younger in my last visit, and I found the fence behind the goal hilarious, especially since it has a car park behind it. Was wondering if anyone found a football inside their car after a game.

When was the last time we sold out this game at the CG?

Never in my lifetime, remember 7/8k attendances at the CG which says a lot

Last time I went it was a midweek game (maybe JPT) and we lost and were kept behind for ages.  However, my overriding memory was that a mate (who had just returned from Afghanistan - he was in the RAF) telling me the police at the fixture were better equipped than they were in a war zone...

Don't think I'll bother with the hassle.

Yes, it's wrong. Should have 260 for a season ticket. You might be on the database with multiple accounts (a lot of people are). The points may be assigned to one of these "other" accounts in your name. If you can't remember a different log in then I'd email the store mate.

Don't tell them who you are though cunt.

The embarrassing thing is that someone invited BOO to join, and he did. So he's probably laughed himself to death reading all the stuff we've been saying.

I don't know, it's a strange one. When do Oxford fans get theirs?
