SWINDON Town Football Club has been made aware today (Sunday 27th April) of newspaper reports relating to Nile Ranger.
The Club would like to strenuously point out that it deplores acts of violence of any kind and are absolutely appalled at this incident.
The Chairman is flying into the country for a meeting with the Manager tomorrow morning to investigate further and will be making a statement following the talks. |

...and then get that badge tattooed on the other side of his forehead. If Power is flying back especially to sort this out then surely it has to be to bin Nile off this time or a least to try and mutally agre to a contract payoff. |

Indeed. If he wanted to give Nile his P45 in person then i guess he'd come back but otherwise he could sack him from Uzbekistan if he needed to. |

I'm quite sure that 'getting rid' would simply entail not extending his contract (unless that has happened already). Therefore they will have until his contract expires to make a decision anyway. |
