The first twenty minutes the team looked as if they'd never met, but after a shakey start (sorry, had to) they soon settled.

I don't think the team we put out saturday would have scored 4 for one reason. Mcgovern! Scored two corners when I can't remember us doing so so far this season, and his delivery for cox's header was awesome.

I think Peacock will be dropped to midfield sunday with cox and sturrock or arrietta up top, but would like to see cox and the prophet up front from the start. Mohammed was a breath of fresh air tonight, he showed great pace, power and control, and his ball through to JPM was perfect. He's tactically naive but is worth a gamble after the lack of pace up front so far.

The back 5 pick themselves, but the big decision is who plays wide, 3 into 2 doesn't go! Personally, JPM has got to play and then i'd go with roberts as i think his overall effect on a game is greater than zaaboub, but we could debate it all night!

who deserves to be dropped out of the CM to accommodate Peacs though PP ?

Who knows, but what a great debate to now have! I'd go with Easton and Peacock.

Dave......................... on a side note, if this Brez/Smith situation carries on like this I can really see Brez going January for a tidy sum.

So can i sadly. But then again, smith has done nothing to deserve being dropped, so would be extremely harsh on him.

If we got 500k for brez though, smith keeps performing as he has been, and we sign one real top quality player with that transfer money, we're laughing!

And anyway, we can get another keeper from teh Conference as back up for Smith. We could get Billy Turley in. He was MOM the other night and it would piss the Pox fans off no end Cool

Does Pooky deserve to be benched ?

*GULP*

I dont think so based on Saturday's performance where I had him as MOM

Fuck it, Drop Peacs then, but we can't play Peacock and Sturrock up front, who both lack real goal threat, with Cox and Mohammed looking good. Arrietta's goal was a peach btw, think he was trying to get it back across the goal but brilliant technique

Barring injurys, and if paynters still not fit, then i'd go for:

Smith
smith-ifil-aljofree-vincent
jpm-easton-pook-zaaboob/roberts
cox-mohammed/peacock

team v yeovil will be

smiffy
same back 4 as last week
think roberts will play on the left and jp on the right(swapping now&again) with easton and pook in centre
the 2 cocks will be up front

as for the bench, there's gonna be a few disappointed players

I think he'll start the same as on Saturday as no-one deserves to walk into the team, but JPM and Cox will be eased in somewhere.

Long term our best/starting 11? I really don't know. Which I guess is good!

Pook Vs. Adams, there's only one winner and it isn't Adams! I thought he was the weakest link tonight.
