not bad. a team in the midlands - especially considering they were title contenders all season - will always take plenty away cos everywhere is relatively easy.

not bad for us though considering the number of northern teams

To be fair Sonic, the 3000 odd they beat us by was basically Saturday.

What i also find strange was the 1,072 quoted for what we took to the Bescot! looked more than that to me.

I have seen it earlier in the season when it was average per distance travelled and we were miles ahead - obviously many northern teams didn't help us.  Agree on our crowd at Bescot - we took load IMHO.  Next season with Orient, Cheltenham and Bournemouth surviving at the expense of Bradford Rotherham and Chesterfield that makes it good for our fans, especially with Scunny going up too. Hopefully we'll have some big followings next year.

Yep, plenty of great away games next year. But how we do on the pitch will determine how good our away followings are.

walsall was obviously helped by the 3300 at the CC for the last game of the season.

If the game was reversed we would have come out on top

still not bad though in all fairness
