It wouldnt solve our problems overnight, but at least we'd get some sigificant extra income in.

I'm starting to think the redevelopment is just a carrot dangling in front of us though.  Everyone who's of any importance in the project seem to be dragging their heels.  We need someone to sort this out as soon as, before it's too late.  Seriously I'm worried big time about STFC right now.  Think it's because there's no footie to keep me busy.
